Holiday Closure

City hall offices will be closed from December 25, 2024, through to January 1, 2025. Our online services portal will still be available during this time and services requiring staff attention will be addressed after City hall re-opens on January 2, 2025.

New permit and service fees in effect January 1, 2025

Due to service levels and holiday hours, applications received in December may be processed in the new year and subject to 2025 fees. We encourage you to submit your complete application as soon as possible to be eligible for processing in 2024.

Reminder to renew your business licence

Business licences expire on December 31. Renew your business licence for 2025 to avoid delays with your permit applications.
